Welcome to Kate Hanson Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms govern all services provided by Kate Hanson Co., including private advisory, capacity strategy engagements, digital programs, workshops and live experiences.

Our work is designed to support individuals in strengthening capacity, decision-making and sustainable performance. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

2. Payment & Billing

• All payments must be made in full or through an agreed payment plan prior to or in accordance with service delivery
• Payment plans are a commitment to complete all scheduled payments
• Payments are processed through approved third-party providers
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection action where applicable
• Chargebacks are not permitted and clients are responsible for any associated fees

3. All Sales Final

• All payments are non-refundable
• This applies to private engagements, programs, digital products and live experiences
• Due to the nature of this work, no refunds or credits will be issued once access or participation has begun

4. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your decisions, actions and results
• Outcomes are influenced by your level of participation, implementation and personal leadership
• This work is designed to support you, not replace your responsibility

5. Service Structure & Access

Each service includes a defined level of access, support and engagement.

• Sessions must be scheduled and used within the agreed timeframe
• Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed
• Between-session communication is provided for guidance and is not unlimited or on-demand

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks and content provided are the intellectual property of Kate Hanson Co.

• Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission
• Access is granted for personal use only

7. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and discussions.

Information may be shared with team members or contractors solely for the purpose of service delivery.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific personal, professional or financial outcomes.

Any examples or testimonials represent individual experiences and are not promises of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate Hanson Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential outcomes resulting from participation in our services.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.

Any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural events, public health situations or system failures.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
