Terms & Agreement
Welcome to Kate Hanson Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Introduction
This Terms & Agreement governs your use of all services provided by Kate Hanson Co., including but not limited to coaching services, digital products, courses, memberships, and live events. By purchasing or accessing any of our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services include life and business coaching and are not a substitute for medical, financial, or legal advice. Coaching may address personal projects, business strategy, mindset, and overall well-being.
2. General Terms (Applies to All Services)
2.1 Payment & Billing
- All payments must be made in full before accessing our services unless otherwise agreed upon.Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card, or other approved methods.
- Subscription-based services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Late Payments: If a payment fails, you have 5 business days to make the payment. After this period, Kate Hanson Co. reserves the right to charge a reasonable late fee in accordance with Canadian law.
- If a payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days, access to services may be suspended.
- Chargebacks & Collections: Chargebacks are not permitted. Clients are responsible for all collection fees, legal fees, and costs incurred in recouping overdue payments.
2.2 Refunds & Cancellations
- 1:1 Coaching & Consulting: No refunds once sessions have been scheduled. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
- Group Programs & Memberships: No refunds after the start date.
- Digital Products & Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
- Live Events & Workshops: No refunds
2.3 Client Responsibilities
- Clients must be committed, punctual, and engaged in their coaching process.
- The Company makes no guarantees about results—success depends on client implementation.
2.4 Coaching Methodology

2.5 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all discussions and coaching materials strictly confidential.

The Company may share confidential information with contractors or representatives only for service fulfillment.
2.6 Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using our services.

Coaching is not therapy or medical advice; clients are responsible for seeking professional support if needed.
3. Service-Specific Terms
3.1 Coaching Services (1:1 & Group)

8 Private Calls up to 60 minutes each.

Private Direct Message Access (Monday-Thursday) for voice and text support.

If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is forfeited.
3.2 Digital Courses & Products

Lifetime access applies to the product’s lifetime, not the client’s.

Content may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
3.3 Memberships & Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

No refunds for unused time after cancellation.
3.4 Live Events & Workshops

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary.
4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Any disputes will be resolved in Manitoba courts.

International clients agree to Manitoba jurisdiction when purchasing services.
5. Global Sales Policy
Since we serve clients worldwide:
- Clients are responsible for complying with their local laws.
- Taxes & Fees: Any additional international taxes, duties, or fees are the client’s responsibility.
6. Disclaimers & Warranties
- The Company makes no guarantees about financial, business, or personal results.
- Any testimonials or case studies represent past experiences and do not promise future outcomes.
- The Company may recommend third-party services, but we are not responsible for their performance.
7. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Acts of nature (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Airport closures or travel restrictions
- Supplier or vendor failures
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Kate Hanson Co. harmless from any claims, losses, or legal disputes resulting from their participation in our services.
9. Non-Disparagement
Clients agree not to make negative or defamatory statements about the Company, its employees, or programs.
The Company also agrees not to disparage clients publicly.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.The latest version will always be available at this url page.
11. Agreement & Acceptance
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
